Payment of 200$ towards tattoo service.
Do not send payments without my permission.

Valid ID is required at the time of appointment.
You must be at least 18 years old to legally get tattooed.

*Please read my deposit policy.

Last minute cancellations and more than one reschedule (given a 48 hour notice): will be required to pay an additional 100$ to book your appointment.

100$ of this payment is the deposit for reserving your appointment and is nonrefundable.

The full payment becomes nonrefundable on the date of your appointment. Your ID, consent form and shop footage will be used in any case of chargebacks / fraud.
